Feedback and Issue Escalation
We're always keen to hear from our team members.
We need everyone to look out for the best interests of the company and ensuring that every staff member has an avenue to voice concerns, suggestions or to give appreciation is really important. It's these pieces of feedback that our Senior Team always need to hear.
It might be;
- A suggestion for improving a process or policy
- Recognising the hard work and commitment of another team member
- Escalating an issue that has not been resolved through the normal channels
- Blowing the whistle on serious misconduct
- Any other type of suggestion or feedback
If you'd prefer to remain Anonymous, we understand this. But please rest assured that any and all submissions will be treated with the strictest of confidence and discretion. Please also note that choosing to remain anonymous may limit the follow up or actions we can take on any given submission.
